Today I'm at Jeeve Solutions, building the platform that runs Australian dental clinics end to end. I took a voice AI agent from concept to production — it autonomously handles inbound and outbound clinic calls — and built the automated dentist payout system that replaced manual finance reconciliation, alongside a multi-tenant CRM with a configurable workflow engine.

Before that I was the founding engineer at CareHires, a UK healthtech platform I helped scale from a struggling early-stage product to 2M+ care hours delivered — re-architecting it around event-driven microservices in Node.js and Go, and owning the AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure that kept it running.

I got my start building Java EE workflow services for an Australian telco client, and spent a summer in Google Summer of Code migrating a production AngularJS application to Angular.

I run an AI-forward delivery workflow built on Claude and Cursor — a structured memory system for ADRs, requirements and backlogs, with specialised review agents for code, security and UI/UX running in parallel. It accelerates delivery without trading away engineering rigour.

Beyond the code, I care about the things that make platforms maintainable as they scale: code review culture, test coverage, documentation, and mentoring engineers across architecture, DevOps and Kubernetes operations.
